I’m always learning new things, seeking to grow and evolve as an artist and professional and to reach the next level as a moviemaking. I believe in employing the latest technology and ideas, for instance, the revolution in AI that can collaborate with human intelligence and creativity is increasing efficiency and opening up avenues for novel creations.

I always try go above and beyond on whatever project I take on. I’m good at taking direction and criticism and I can also be given free reign and will take responsibility for the quality and execution of the product, making decisions, taking on challenges, and doing the dirty work without having to be reminded. I love working on videos and don’t need outside influence to find motivation.
Ready to Work and Flexible
I am able to complete tasks remotely and I’m adaptable to each project and organization’s goals and needs. Open to anything from a large production company, a YouTuber editing position, an internship or volunteer opportunity, or whatever other opportunity that will allow me to express myself as a creator.
Know-how
Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Reaper, and Garage band, along with GIMP, photoshop, and other software. Ready to learn and apply new programs and techniques quickly. I also do music and composition, post-production in generation, have good writing and research skills, and a wide variety of experience, gleaned through many years of schooling and individual effort. For example, can do everything from writing a song, preforming it, recording it, mastering it, making a music video, and promoting it on social media.
My setup
My desktop computer can edit up to 8K footage, renders fast, and is powerful enough for complex and professional post-production work. My internet connection is fast, allowing reliable data transfer and online collaboration. I prefer using Davinci Resolve Pro and have a color correct 4K monitor and studio sound system and hi-fi headphones allow high quality color grading and sound design. I have enough movie equipment for basic video production, as well as audio equipment for music production. I am also adept at using my iPhone 16 pro max for all sorts of creative projects, tasks, and creations.
Tenacious editor
The goal is always to find the most quality way to stitch together scenes and sequences to deliver the best output. Movie editing is my main specialization and my passion and what I work on most in my moviemaking. I don’t stop until the project is perfected and the themes and messages are clearly expressed. The creative process is just that: a process, and I love to be a part of that undertaking. It’s important to me that what I do is quality and something people will love.

My story
Video creation has always been a part of my life. Now, editing and moviemaking have become chosen career path. Making, crafting, and contributing to this field has become my passion and my purpose.
Beginnings
My love for movies began as a kid. I consumed them voraciously, my eyes taking in every inch of the action on screen, imbibing the language of cinema. Inspired by movies, I started making videos with a videotape camera, then moving on to mini dv, editing in camera as I shot footage. Eventually, I learned iMovie and my dad bought a better camera to do independent film work, including helping found the Ashland Independent Film festival, which I first volunteered for at 13. And so my journey to become an editor and moviemaker commenced. For a long time, video and music were a hobby, but they were always there as I moved through life. It was always a secret, background dream to become a filmmaker.
Recent experience
In high school and college, I moved on to more and more complicated and in depth productions, as well as studying many other varying subjects. When I first started college, I was studying physics, biology, and liberal arts. Over time, my ambition in the sciences faded and moviemaking became at the forefront of my life. I went through the Digital Cinema program at Southern Oregon University, coming out the other end with a real sense of how a moving image is made. Through my time making videos and working on film projects, I focused on editing, music scoring, and general post-production. I learned and practiced most aspects of filmmaking, as well, especially during my time at Southern Oregon University in Ashland Oregon, where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Cinema in 2024.
